Privacy policy

Achu Operations is a private operational automation application managed through achucore@gmail.com. It is limited to explicitly authorized accounts and is not offered as a public registration service.

Google data and purpose

Depending on the permissions granted and the operation authorized, the application may access Gmail messages, attachments, recipients, drafts and labels, and Google Drive files, folders and their metadata. It uses this access for authorized email handling, file management and backup operations. OAuth credentials are used to maintain the authorized connection; they are not published on this website.

Use and disclosure

Google user data is not sold or used for advertising or AI model training. It is processed only for the authorized operational workflows and their necessary storage and security. Data may be processed by Google and the infrastructure providers needed to run those workflows or store backups. Access is restricted to the authorized operator and systems needed for these operations, except where disclosure is legally required.

Security and backups

Backup contents are encrypted before storage. Encryption of backups does not mean every operational copy is encrypted end to end: authorized email and file operations may process readable data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

Operational data, logs and backups are kept according to operational needs and the configured backup lifecycle. There is no universal fixed retention period or guarantee of immediate removal from every backup. Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion and to clarify the applicable retention. Deleted active data may remain in existing backups until those backups are rotated or removed.

Your choices

You can revoke the application's access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future access through that grant; it does not automatically delete data already stored. Contact achucore@gmail.com for questions or deletion requests.

This website

This is a public static information site hosted by Cloudflare. No advertising, analytics scripts or Google sign-in forms are embedded in these pages. Cloudflare may process connection information such as IP address, request details and access/security logs to deliver and protect the site, under its own policies. Search-engine noindex directives are not a privacy or access-control mechanism.

Google API policy

Achu Operations' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
